How do I see the collection in person?
Please visit the Showroom page for a list of current showrooms. Swatches are available for purchase under the wallpaper and fabric product pages.
Can I cancel my order?
Any cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, orders of any kind—including custom or stock—cannot be cancelled.
How are products shipped?
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Wallpapers are rolled on a core, carefully protected, and shipped in a box. Swatch orders will be shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge or your shipping account number.
Inspect Shipments upon delivery
Goods must be inspected upon delivery for color, yardage and any other irregularities before cutting or installing.
How do I know how much wallpaper to order?
I strongly recommend working with a design professional or professional wallpaper installer to take precise measurements and determine quantities.
Use the wallpaper calculator here to give you a good estimate of number of rolls you’d need for your project.
Return/Exchange policy
My products are made especially for you and all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products unless there is damage in shipping or defect in the product. Damaged returns must be made within 15 days of receipt and must be approved prior to return shipping; shipping costs and adjustments, such as cut fees will not be reimbursed. Please inspect orders immediately on arrival and contact info@victoria-larson.com with any claims.
Bespoke & Custom Work
I love being able to help designers create truly bespoke interiors. I offer custom color options and scale for most wallpapers. I am also happy to customize an exiting design or create a completely new design for you.
DO you offer a trade discount?
A trade discount is available to Interior Designers. Please visit the Showroom page to find a location closest to you. If you practice in region that is not served by a showroom, please contact us directly at: info@victoria-larson.com with a copy of your current resale license.
Do you design fully custom wallpaper?

Can I order custom colors and/or custom grounds?
Wallpapers can be printed in custom colors with standard minimum and a one-time strike-off fee of $100. To inquire about a custom project, please email: info@victoria-larson.com
Wallpaper Printing
How are your wallpaper designs printed?
Wallpaper is digitally printed in the USA using non-toxic, water-based inks that contain no solvents or heavy metals, and require no venting with no outgassing. Paper is a luxe, heavy matte; Metallic Grasscloth is hand woven sisal over subtle metallic ground. All papers are Class A fire rated.
All wallpaper designs are available printed on type II vinyl for commercial use. Please inquire.
Do you sell wallpaper by the roll or yard?
Wallpaper and grasscloth are sold by the linear yard. Max yardage per roll/ panel is 6 yards.
What is the lead time for wallpaper?
Wallpaper is printed to order with a typical lead time of 14 business days from order payment. Grasscloth is printed to order with a lead time of 3 weeks.
HOW MUCH WALLPAPER DO I NEED?
Use the wallpaper calculator here to give you a good estimate of number of rolls you’d need for your project. HOWEVER, I always recommend you check with a professional installer to give you an exact amount.
